Natalie has taught continuing education courses in home cooking and a cooking day camp for elementary-aged students at Parkland College. Continuing education courses introduced students to principles of cooking basics, featuring topics such as Rustic Pizza, Soups & Stews, Weekday Vegetarian, Culinary Basics I & II, Art of Appetizers, Tarts & Pies, Holiday Cooking, Sushi, and Summer Vegetables. Children's day camp courses offered a choice between Kids in the Kitchen and Japanese Cooking 101.
